The key card system was a major headache. we faced constant delays getting into our room. On top of that, the pool was dirty and unusable during our stay, which was a real letdown. The breakfast options were limited and the orange juice didn't taste real, leaving us frustrated with our dining experience.

I stayed in the Deluxe Double Room for 3 nights. The room was spacious with a nice view of the pool, which I loved. It had a cozy vibe overall. Just a heads up, the key card system was a bit of a hassle, and the lobby was hot sometimes, making it a little uncomfortable when checking in. But the staff were super friendly and really made us feel welcome!

The spacious deluxe room provided a pleasant view of the pool, enhancing our overall experience. The attentive staff assisted with our luggage and ensured we always had a means of transport. While the hotel maintained electricity during a typhoon, the lobby could benefit from better ventilation, making it sometimes uncomfortably warm. The delicious traditional regional homemade products were a highlight as well.

The hotel is newer than other hotels nearby, which is a huge plus. There is a lovely spacious area by the pool for gatherings, making it great for family and friends. Outstanding service with multiple attendants helping with our luggage made the check-in process smooth and pleasant.

The amenities felt slightly outdated compared to what I would expect from a newer hotel.
